Droom Assist Selling Concierge Service launched by Droom in India, and this service is specifically launched for individual sellers. Earlier, the service is available for customers interested in buying vehicles. There is a dedicated team of automobile experts that helps you out in selling your vehicle.
In this process, the Droom’s operations and strategy team evaluate thousands of transactions, and the team members observed that some sellers particularly first-timers who were not themselves very tech-savvy, had a hard time selling their vehicle on an online marketplace. This is where Droom’s Assisted Selling comes in. Any seller interested in selling her/his vehicle(s) on Droom can avail the services of the automobile experts for an easy and hassle-free selling experience. The service has further been segregated into three packages.
Silver Package: A combo package of premium Eco Inspection report and Premium Orange Book Value report at Rs. 599. This package gives price benchmarking report and vehicle health report.
Gold Package: Benefits of Silver Package + Listing creation assistance and selling assistance for a period of one month at Rs. 999. Besides, the price benchmarking report and vehicle health report, this package offers listing assistance by an auto expert.
Platinum Package: Benefits of Silver Package + Listing creation assistance and selling assistance for a period of two months at Rs. 1299. Besides, all the benefits of Gold Package, Platinum offers a longer period of assisted selling.
All the three packages on offer will include a specifically assigned automobile expert who will assist the seller in various processes such as scheduling the inspection, coordinating the delivery of inspection reports to prospective buyers etc. In the gold and platinum packages, the experts will also assist sellers in creating an attractive listing on Droom’s platform and in selling the vehicle for a period of one month and two months respectively.
