Audi India Team has bagged the 1st position in the “Technology” category in the International finals of the 13th edition of Audi Twin Cup 2017. In Audi Twin Cup 2017, the best teams of technicians and service advisors from 33 countries applied for skills and expertise to a range of taste in the global championship. In this championship, 65 teams from Audi Dealers from 33 countries had qualified in national competitions for the final content held near Seville, Spain.
During the two-day championship, the participants were confronted with realistic service and workshop situations ranging from conducting a dialogue with customers at the service reception to diagnosing hidden defects and carrying out repairs according to manufacturer specifications and standards.
For your information, the theoretical & practical tasks of this year’s International competition was focused on digitalization and the teams displayed their product knowledge & technical expertise in areas such as infotainment system, and virtual cockpit for example. As expected, this year participants once again demonstrated a premium service mindset and team spirit to offer the Audi customers a superior & consistent service experience worldwide.
The Indian team claimed the 1st position while the Audi Romania that performed impressively got second place. In the Technology category team from Japan took the third place and in the Service category, The Finland Team took the top position which is followed by Australia team on the second place and Japan team on the third place. In the Twin category, Germany took the top position, followed by team USA and team Switzerland at second and third place respectively.
