Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition

Commenting on the launch, Satoshi Uchida, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India said:

“The Access15 has been one of our most successful models. We have enhanced the fashion quotient and introduced the Access 125 Special Edition to diversify our presence in the segment and cater to the evolving needs of our customers. The Access 125 Special Edition is an indivisible combination of substance and style which gives it a retro feel and make it stand out in the crowd.”

The Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition is a cosmetic update making a retro style statement with exclusive styling elements when compared with the regular model. There are no mechanical changes like mileage & performance remains the same. The Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition is powered by 124cc single-cylinder airs-cooled engine, the same engine that powers the regular model. It outputs a power of 8.7 PS at 7,000rpm and a peak torque of 10.2Nm at 5,000rpm. The claimed fuel efficiency is 64kmpl and it is expected that, the scooter will deliver around 40KMPL in-city and up to 50KMPL on the highway in real world conditions.

The cosmetic change is aimed at adding some freshness with the fast ageing design and adds styling elements like chrome-finished round rear-view mirrors, maroon leatherette seat cover, special edition badges and brown coloured footboard. The chrome detailing from the standard version continues on the special too with chrome finishing on the headlight cluster, aluminium as well as a chrome cover for the exhaust. Other features remain the same like analog-digital instrument cluster, self-start, under seat storage, one-press lock system and a mobile charging point.
