Tata Motors has commenced pre-bookings for their upcoming Tata TIGOR at a booking amount of Rs. 5,000. It is the company’s latest subcompact sedan which will go on sale soon and we will get to know about the pricing on 29th March. The Tata TIGOR comes with stunning, break-free and revolutionary design.
The Tata TiGOR is the third product that is based on IMPACT Design philosophy and it shares the underpinnings with Tata Tiago hatchback. The Tata TiGOR is designed to offer high performance and connectivity that reflects modern Indian and its global citizens. Above all, the Tata TIGOR comes with features like three-dimensional headlamps with a smoked lens, sporty black bezel, sharp tail lamps and the prominent humanity line excites and accentuates the sportiness of the TIGOR.
On the front, the Tata TIGOR comes with a tweaked honey mesh grille and on the rear, it gets a notchback-like design. The design of Tata TIGOR enhances the looks by maximizing the utility space, liberating space for passengers and in the boot. Above all, the car is intelligently designed with superior legroom and 24 utility spaces to provide ample storage to carry one’s world along. Talking about the interior, the architecture of the car is exquisitely designed with a dual-tone cockpit, luxurious patterned seats with bolsters, a premium knitted roof liner, along with customizable air vents, lending a very upmarket and inviting feel.
The Tata TIGOR shares its engine options with Tata Tiago and available in both petrol & diesel variants. A 1.2-litre Revotron petrol and a 1.05-litre Revotorn diesel three-cylinder engines power the model. The petrol variant delivers a power of 85 PS with a maximum torque of 114Nm while the diesel variant delivers a power of 70 PS of power with a maximum torque of 140Nm. Both the engines – petrol & diesel paired with 5-speed manual gearbox. Both engines are available in multi-drive modes – Eco and City. The Eco mode optimizes engine performance for superior fuel economy while the City mode optimizes engine output for the best of both, a peppy driving experience and efficiency.
