Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) has launched the 2018 Honda Jazz Facelift in India at a price tag of ₹ 7.35 lakh for the entry-level V petrol variant while the top-spec VX MT diesel variant cost ₹ 9.29 lakh (all ex-showroom, Delhi). The bookings of the 2018 Honda Jazz facelift are now open and deliveries will begin soon. The 2018 Honda Jazz comes with minor styling changes and some tech updates like the addition of 17.7cm touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
2018 Honda Jazz Facelift Variants
The Honda Cars India has also updated its variant list and removed the E, S, and SV trims from the petrol line-up while from diesel line-up, the E-variant has been dropped. The company also offers the CVT automatic transmission with both the V & VX trims in both V & VX variants in Petrol. Overall, the 2018 Honda Jazz facelift comes in four petrol variants and three diesel variants.

2018 Honda Jazz Facelift Exterior
Visually, there are no noticeable changes in the 2018 Honda Jazz facelift but you can find that lots of features added in the car right from the base variant. On the exterior, the 2018 Honda Jazz facelift comes with minor changes like chrome door handles (top-end VX variant), updated taillamps featuring LED wing lights above the rear windscreen, and two new body colour options – Radiant Red Metallic, and Lunar Silver Metallic. The 2018 Honda Jazz retains the existing colour options such as Modern Steel Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic, and White Orchid Pearl.
2018 Honda Jazz Facelift Interior
On the interior, the 2018 Honda Jazz facelift comes with front centre armrest, speed sensing auto door lock, and rear parking sensor as standard, 17.7cm Advanced Touchscreen Infotainment with Audio, Video and Navigation system – Digipad 2.0 with Bluetooth Audio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto™ and rear camera display. The features like push button start/stop, Honda smart key system with keyless remote, and cruise control are offered with only the diesel or CVT petrol variants. For improved safety, 2018 Honda Jazz comes with a speed-sensing auto door lock.
2018 Honda Jazz Facelift Performance/Engine
There are no mechanical changes in 2018 Honda Jazz facelift. The car is powered by 1,199cc i-Vtec 1.2-litre petrol engine and 1,498cc i-Dtec 1.5-litre diesel engine, with the petrol engine churns out 89PS of maximum power and produces a peak torque of 110Nm while the diesel engine churns out 99PS of maximum power and produces a peak torque of 200Nm. The transmission duties on the petrol engine are handled by a 5-speed manual & the optional CVT automatic transmission while the transmission duties on the diesel engine are handled by a 6-speed manual gearbox.
