In an event in New Delhi, Qubo, Hero Electronix’s consumer technology brand has launched the company’s first product in the Auto Tech category, known as Smart Dash Cam at a price tag of Rs. 4,290. The Smart Dash Cam is available for purchase in India starting from today through a network of dealers and e-commerce sites like Amazon and Quboworld. Additionally, the company has also said that they are launching three sub-categories of products, dash cameras, small trackers, and smart accessories such as tire pressure inflators, in the Auto Tech category.
According to the company, all Qubo products are designed and built in India and the Qubo Smart Dash Cam is one such product that is designed especially for the surprises you get on the Indian roads. Also, Qubo’s smart automotive devices will address a variety of consumer needs such as personal and occupant safety as well as vehicle health and theft prevention.
The Qubo Smart Dash Cam is feature-rich, equipped with a 1080p sensor that offers 30FPS video recording and live feed. The cam has a built-in 6-axis G-sensor that can auto-detect a sudden shake or collision and store the recording in the event file which can be accessed by mobile app. The mobile app is available for both Android and iOS.
Qubo Smart Dash Cam has wide dynamic range (WDR) technology that offers better camera performance in poorly and strongly illuminated areas in its field of view (FOV). The Cam offers a wide-angle FOV that reduces blind spots and obtains more than 6 lanes wide coverage.
The Dash Cam can be easily mounted on a car’s dashboard to record images or videos while you are driving and makes a perfect security gadget for your vehicle in event of an accident or a robbery.
