Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. has launched the a new premium variant to the Activa 6G line-up, named as H-Smart. As the name suggests, it is a smarter, safer variant and available three editions – Standard, Deluxe, and H-Smart. The Activa 6G standard edition cost Rs, 74,536 while the Deluxe edition cost Rs. 77,036 and the top end edition cost Rs, 80, 537, which is around Rs. 3,500 more than the Deluxe edition and Rs. 6001 more than the standard edition (all-prices ex-showroom Delhi). The Activa 6G H-Smart available in six new colour options – Pearl Siren Blue, Black, Pearl Precious White, Rebel Red Metallic, Decent Blue Metallic, and Mat Axis Grey Metallic. At such a price tag, the Activa H-Smart will compete with TVS Jupiter and the upcoming Hero Maestro Xoom 110.

The Activa 6 H-Smart edition equipped with a wide-range of car-like keyless functions, alloy wheels, anti-theft, and OBD-2 compliant. Here’s a breakdown on new features:
Smart Find – It lets you to locate your scoter. For reference, if you’re 10 meters far from the scooter, all the four indicators will flash which lets you know the location of the vehicle.
Smart Unlock – If there is no interaction then it locks the scooter in 20 seconds. For reference, if you’re within two metres of the scooter, you can lock and unlock its handle, and also unlock the fuel lid and seat.
Smart Start – without the need of physically using the key you can ride the scooter. You have to turn the knob and push the start button.
Smart Safe – prevents vehicle from theft using a Mapped Smart ECU.
Apart from these features, the smart key allows user to lock/unlock the handlebar, the fuel filter lid and under seat storage via a knob. The company will commence the production of the Activa H-Smart in this week, while the deliveries are scheduled to take place by the end of February 2023.
Under the hood, the Activa 6G H-Smart continued to be powered by the same 109.5cc air-cooled, single-cylinder motor that churns out 7.79PS of peak power and 8.79 of peak torque. It includes a telescopic fork along with a monoshock, rolls on a 12-inch wheel at the front.
